Shipping Policy

Spandex Collection ship fabrics all over the world by using different shipping carriers and different shipping methods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. If your order required Express delivery we have three options (Overnight, 2nd day, 3 day) please contract our sales at 212-398-3009  to process your express shipment. Note our shopping cart doesn’t allow to use Express Shipment. Express delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 3:00pm EST time on a business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed on the following business day. Regular orders (Ground) are shipped within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Cost varies depending on weight of the fabric, distance and shipping method used. Our shopping cart doesn’t calculate express shipping cost but it calculates regular shipping cost at the time of your check out. For International shipping cost please contract our sales department.

Spandex Collection takes every step necessary to accurate presentation of its product online but due to monitor color setting or fabric’s nature, original fabrics color may vary. We strongly recommend our customer to order free swatch before they make final order.

If any reason you want to return our fabrics, you can return it within 7 business days after you receive our fabrics.  Customer has to pay return shipping cost and 10% restocking fees.  Spandex Collection has reserve the right to deny any refunds for fabrics that have been cut, altered or damaged, anything less than 3 yards or clearance items markdown. Original shipping cost also nonrefundable.  Please contract our sales department for confirmation before any return.
